HILHI I Hillsboro, OR
The original Hillsboro High School or HILHI’s Facility Plan outlined a renovation of several buildings on this multi-building campus. As alternative, we proposed a phased plan with the initial phase being executed in lieu of a partial renovation. Logistically students could remain on campus during construction. HILHI’s visual image and functional efficiency would be reshaped and improved. Planning services provided as Principal of BLRB Architects.

Klamath City School District I Klamath Falls, OR
Klamath Union, or KU was built in 1928; and maintains a reputations of excellence. The planning of a renovation and modernization for this historic school required bringing together the students, teachers, and community for the process to be successful. The collaboration led to a strategy that retains the grandeur of KU and meets contemporary teaching needs. Planning service provided as Principal of DLR Architects.

La Grande School Disitrict I La Grande, OR
The community planning team had a goal of reviewing replacement of their oldest buildings. After assessing the condition and efficiency of 2 buildings, a replacement strategy was conceptualized. The replacement plan relocates maintenance to an existing building; and creates new Athletic & Academic building for a lower cost than conventional thinking. North Wasco County School District I The Dalles, OR
After reviewing the community goals, operational needs and assessment of existing high school, the planning committee initiated a high school replacement strategy that provided consolidation of high school academic and athletic activities on a site large enough to accommodate current and future students and community. Redmond School Disitrict I Redmond, OR
After completing the facility assessment of the schools, a community planning committee was assembled to review school in greatest need of improvements, population/enrollment trends, operational efficiencies and capital budget parameters to create a comprehensive plan for school renovations, additions, and repurposing. The Redhawk Center is a multi-sport complex shared by athletics and student wellness. Seattle University planned to upgrade the on-campus gymnasium, activity center into an inviting Collegiate Athletic Complex.
