COCC Technical Education Center I Redmond, OR

Central Oregon is one of the fastest growing areas in the United States; and the offering of advanced degree opportunities is an important component to creating a highly trained workforce in the area. Central Oregon Community College recognized the need to expand program offerings and space at the Redmond Campus.

The planning process engaged existing faculty and students currently enrolled at COCC Redmond; and recently hired faculty who were assigned to create new, innovative programs. The Small Business and Entrepreneurship Program integrated with the campus expansion in Redmond. COCC aspired to support new, small business in this rapidly growing area. The process addressed a multitude of components including establishment of a signature building on the Redmond campus, community access and efficient organization of class, lab and breakout spaces.

Cart AD+P orchestrated the process that integrated leadership, facilities services, faculty, students and community.
